Getting the feel for our new foods, our food innovators are kicking off with a testing regime. One of our food innovators says ” it’s about testing mouth-feel, texture and organoleptic properties” to ensure the food tastes well. You will be able to follow our 13 innovators progress from concept to launch over the next 10 weeks. Share their experiences and come visit us in WIT on launch date in April to talk with our innovators and taste their new foods.
